EducateOS is a K-12 learning platform that every school district, school or homeschool co-op runs in its own Cloudflare account. Teachers get courses, assignments and a gradebook. Students get a safe place to learn, with optional classroom AI. Student data stays in the district's own account.

Courses and assignments
Modules, pages, due dates, submissions, quizzes with auto-scoring, and Common Cartridge and QTI import.
Gradebook
Weighted totals and teacher-approved official grades. AI never sets a grade.
Families
Guardians see their own children's work through confirmed relationships, with announcements, a calendar and a weekly digest.
Safe classroom AI
Optional AI help for students and teachers, screened by district policy, with spending caps the district controls.
Discussions
Course discussions with moderation tools built for K-12.
Standards-aligned curriculum
Curriculum packs aligned to published standards frameworks, which districts can adapt.
The district owns the system and the data
- Each district's installation runs in its own Cloudflare account. EducateOS is never in the data path.
- No feature is paywalled inside the platform. The code is open source under Apache-2.0.
- Releases are signed, and the district verifies them against keys it pins.
- Each installation can use its own domain, or a default address at district.educateos.io.

Rostering
OneRoster 1.2, Clever and ClassLink, with previews and safe sync. Dropping an enrollment never deletes a student's work.
Learning management systems
LTI 1.3 and LTI Advantage for Canvas, Schoology and others, with teacher-approved grade passback.
Google Classroom
Classes, coursework and grades synchronized with Google Classroom.
Single sign-on
Google, Microsoft, Clever and ClassLink sign-in.
